When you fill in the contact form or email us, we process:
your full name and email address
your company name and phone number, if you provide them
project details – type of collaboration, budget range and the description of your challenge
any other information you choose to include in your message
Your name and email address are required so that we can reply to you. All other fields are optional.
3. Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare and discuss a possible collaboration. We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
